Here's the latest about T-Mobile's lawsuit against the city of Lansing (MI) to build a cell tower in the city's Averill Woods neighborhood, a small residential enclave of everybody from young families to senior citizens and grandparents.
The cell service provider has refused to work with the neighborhood to make the 125-foot cell tower more palatable to the neighborhood's residential surroundings.
This video was made at a meeting today with Lansing City Council member A'Lynne Robinson who met with her ward constituents and who had City Attorney Brigham Smith explain the status of the lawsuit and the progress of the city to enact a new cell tower ordinance.
