VIDEO: Council-member Robinson talks reports on neighborhood fireworks

More than 190 calls were made to Lansing (MI) police for fireworks complaints over the July 4th holiday, according to City Council-member A'Lynne Robinson.  On the Averill Woods neighborhood blog, she reports in a video about the problem, how city police responded and what citizens can do in the future.
