Is JayZ just being transparent about being a dad or is he just trying to sell more albums?

Thanks to Donald Miller for posting JayZ's video on his blog this morning.  In it, JayZ talks about his fears of being a dad.

On the surface, it's pretty impressive.  Is he being real?  Is he just trying to sell a lot of albums?
